IT specialists are familiar with the market and the fields of application of the company's products. They have fundamental knowledge of the sales specifications and strategies. They realise customer-specific solutions through the integration of hardware and software components in complex systems and can install, configure and commission all the necessary components in accordance with customer requirements. As service providers, they administer and operate systems both in-house and at the customers' premises.

The course content includes machining, cutting, forming as well as screwed and bolted connections. Knowledge regarding the heat-treatment of steels and basic electrical engineering is also imparted. Industrial technicians are trained in depth on CNC machines as well as in the subjects of hydraulics and pneumatics, they also make mechanical and electrical assemblies.

The basic training is the same as for industrial technician – machine and systems technology. Two days a week, these trainees visit a vocational college and in addition to the specialised classes, attend supplementary classes for obtaining the advanced technical college certificate.

Manufacture of various sheet metal parts, containers and covers. Acetylene, electrode, gas-shielded and pressure welding as well as brazing are learned and supplemented by work on CNC sheet metal processing stations, CNC pipe bending machines and machining tools.

Electronic automatisation technicians integrate automation solutions into existing systems, set them into operation and maintain them. Typical areas of application are for example, automated manufacturing plants, process automation, network automation, traffic guiding systems and automation systems for buildings.

Process engineering technicians test and install injection moulding machines, injection moulds and sprue moulds. They also acquire knowledge on handling devices and machine accessories. Test mouldings with production moulds complete the course contents covered.

Mechatronics technicians work on the assembly and servicing of complex machines, facilities and systems and learn to perform maintenance on them. This profession combines course material covered for power electronics technicians and industrial technicians.

Technical draughtspersons learn to make drawings of individual parts and sub-assemblies, the recording of models and components, making production drawings and the creation of assembly drawings and parts lists. The calculation of tolerances, fits, angle determinations and trigonometry as well as application of the DIN and company standards complete the course material covered.
