With the ALLROUNDER Vs, designed for encapsulating inserts, ARBURG has responded to the longstanding demand for a simple and cost-effective vertical machine.
The hydraulic ALLROUNDER Vs feature a vertically arranged, fixed, free-space clamping unit which closes downwards.

As is the case with all ARBURG machines, the ALLROUNDER V is of modular design and offers a number of different combination options. The injection units can be arranged vertically or horizontally so that injection can be carried out centrally or into the parting line.
 
Currently, the range of vertical machines comprises the sizes:

		ALLROUNDER 175 V with a clamping force of 125 kN and 30 or 70 injection units,
		ALLROUNDER 275 V with a clamping force of 250 kN and 70 or 100 injection units
		ALLROUNDER 375 V with a clamping force of 500 kN and 100, 170 and 290 injection units

 

In terms of control and regulation, the ALLROUNDER Vs are equipped in the same manner as all ARBURG machines and operate using the universal SELOGICA control system. This system can be employed according to individual requirements thanks to its modular design and offers advantages such as a graphic sequence editor, logical selective operator controls, quality monitoring and program storage.
The SELOGICA ‘direct’ control system alternative with data input via touchscreen, diagram functions and data storage on Compact Flash cards is optionally available at no additional cost.
