Our customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland benefit from the widespread specialist knowledge of our team of 22 employees who operate directly out of Warwick although four external sales consultants generally work from home. The market is divided into five sales regions, four in England, Scotland and Wales however, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are served exclusively by an appointed representative. Our prime objective is to provide active support for our customers in solving their problems whether machine, mould, material or application related. The service team consists of six technicians. Customer after sales service, scheduling, and a help line is managed centrally from Warwick.
