At the Fakuma 2006, the new large ALLROUNDER 920 S celebrated its premiere. This machine with a clamping force of 5,000 kN and a distance of 920 x 920 mm between tie bars represents an important increase in the performance of the S series and therefore of the entire ARBURG machine range.
With the 3,200 injection unit, maximum shot capacities of 1,860 gram polystyrene can be realised.

With the ALLROUNDER 920 S, ARBURG is strategically supplementing the top end of the successful large machine range, whereby the technical and design basis has already been tried and tested in the ALLROUNDERs 630, 720 and 820 S.
Like the “smaller” machine models, the ALLROUNDER 920 S has the tried and tested features, for example the mould height adjustment for adapting the clamping unit to the size of the mould and the hydraulic variants all the way up to a full accumulator model.
