At ARBURG, energy efficiency is not simply a fashionable, here today, gone tomorrow” subject, but our corporate objective for 2008. In pursuing this goal, we take a holistic approach to the efficient use of energy. Consequently, the objective is not just to manufacture our machinery using as little energy as possible, but rather to use our products and expertise to help our customer to minimise their energy consumption.
The key component of ARBURG’s "Technology on Tour 2008” is a presentation on the subject of energy, which highlights potentials for energy-saving from a holistic viewpoint, ie from production of the machine to the machine itself, through to the other processes required within the moulding cycle.
ARBURG do not only endorse the intelligent use of energy, but the intelligent use of the latest technology is also very high on their priority list, with this in mind ARBURG Ltd will be holding a two day technical seminar on the 10th and 11th of June, each day will cover some of the topics from a slightly different perspective, for example Connect2Clean rooms will be giving a presentation on the 10th of June aimed at those moulders who are considering putting a clean room into their facility, they will explain the current environmental thinking on clean room types and sizes. Conversely their presentation on the 11th may include those customers who may already have a clean room, and will discuss the everyday requirements for the effective running of a clean room.
