The time has arrived once again: From 24 to 31 October 2007, the international plastics industry will meet for the K 2007 world trade fair in Düsseldorf.Once again, ARBURG will use this exceptional event to exhibit innovations, thereby presenting the future industry trends. It is not only the exhibits which are new, but also the two-storey ARBURG stand with a floorspace of approx. 1,400 square-metres in Hall 13, Stand A 13.
 
With altogether nine exhibits, ARBURG will introduce a wide range of machines and applications at the K 2007. In addition to the presentation of innovative machine technology, a major focus for ARBURG at this year’s K will be the field of application technology.The goal is not only to present the versatility and high-performance of the ALLROUNDERs, but also, as is usual at the K fairs, to indicate future trends.

Most prominently represented at the ARBURG trade fair stand will be the electric ALLROUNDER A (ALLDRIVE) with altogether four exhibits.In order to again extend the application range of the successful electric ALLDRIVE machines, ARBURG has expanded its range of ALLROUNDER A machines.
 
An example of the larger installation dimensions is the new ALLROUNDER 470 A machine size with a clamping force of 1,000 kN and a distance between tie bars of 470 x 470 millimetres. This ALLDRIVE will be presented in Düsseldorf as a two-component machine with an LSR/thermoplastic application.

ARBURG will present its competence in the field of complex production cells by means of several project systems at Stand 13 A 13. Fully-automated assembly will be demonstrated by means of a production cell built around an ALLROUNDER 920 S with a vertical MULTILIFT V. Five independent components of a folding crate will be produced in a single cycle, removed by a robotic system and fully assembled . The finished crate will then be folded together and stacked.

Of course, the successful GOLDEN EDITION machine series, which combines high-quality standard equipment with an attractive price/performance ratio, cannot be missing at the Düsseldorf fair.The ALLROUNDER 720 S GOLDEN EDITION, producing an inhaler cap on a 32-cavity mould, will be presented.

 
In keeping with the new annual motto “Allrounder International”, ARBURG will surprise visitors with a new stand and communication concept at the K 2007.Many more treats will also be on show at the ARBURG Stand A13 in Hall 13 in terms of machines, control systems and applications.
