The two-day event held at Tolmin in Slovenia was a special combination of Technology on Tour and the Technology Days at TERA. The first day was firmly dedicated to the in-house exhibition at ARBURG's trading partner TERA, which presented a selection from the ARBURG product portfolio. TERA Managing Director, Marjan Leban welcomed the guests to a varied programme and invited them to a comprehensive exchange of views among experts.
 
On the second day of the event, speeches and presentations where held by ARBURG and Moretto (Italy), a company that concentrates on the dryer and colouring unit product segments. Energy efficiency was a central theme, as the subject of energy savings is also becoming increasingly important in Slovenia. Ways of responding early to the more stringent environmental requirements with regard to the production process were explored in discussions with individual customers. A further major focus of the event were the ALLROUNDER V with free-space system and the MULTILIFT V SELECT. The presentations were accompanied by a practical demonstration on an ALLROUNDER 175 V, which produced a contact insert. Particularly on the second day, some 25 participants took advantage of the opportunity to receive extensive expert consulting.
